Hi there, my name’s Gary and I’m one half of Campbell-Hall Creations (the Hall half!). Over the last ten years I’ve been developing my photography skills and in that time I’ve built-up a substantial online portfolio of over 1,700 images. My images feature all over the web but the most notable places they’ve been used are BBC News, Smithsonian Magazine, Huffington Post, CNBC, Four Seasons Magazine, Lonely Planet and Edinburgh World Heritage.
I’ve travelled extensively and lived in five different cities, which has enabled me to deeply appreciate the beauty of the natural world and of the man-made world we live in. I’ve been fortune enough to spend time in some of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes. Such as the Australian outback and Great Barrier Reef, the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the Arctic Circle, the west cost of Ireland, and now Scotland.
I love photographing beautiful buildings, but I also enjoy capturing the beauty of natural landscapes, flora and wildlife. And that’s why living in Scotland is such a thrill for me. Edinburgh is the most handsome city I’ve ever lived in and Scotland is one of the most beautiful countries I’ve lived in too. Every time we venture into the Highlands I’m in awe of the landscape, so much so that I find it hard to keep my eye on the road when I’m driving - much to my wife’s consternation!
We’ve had many trips but there’s still much of Scotland for us to discover and that’s exciting. We want to bring other people from all over the world along with us on our journey of discovery of all things Scotland. That’s why we’ll soon be coming to patreon, com. It’s a brilliant platform that enables art-lovers to support the artists whose work they love and to form a direct relationship with them. For the price of a cup of coffee a month you could become our patron and enable us to dedicate our time to our creative projects inspired by our favourites Scottish places and experiences.
Join our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know when we go live on Patreon. If you love Scotland, have Scottish ancestry or have fond memories of spending time here, then I think you’ll love mine and my wife’s creations. Join us and together we’ll enjoy the magic of Scotland.
